Employers submit the work they need completed. 2ndWorker reviews the request and assigns an eligible Freelancer, who accepts the assignment and completes the work under Admin oversight.

Access currently begins with an invitation. Any applicable service or work terms are presented through the account before they take effect.

Payment activity is handled through the account workflow. An Employer can report an external payment, and only an authorized Admin can confirm receipt.

Submit a clear description of the work through your Employer account. The Admin team reviews each request and confirms whether it can be supported.

Freelancers provide the required identity and Wellness Proof information for secure processing and Admin review. Successful processing does not automatically approve an account.

Members can sign in and open Cases & Support. If you have not received access yet, use the communication channel through which you were invited.
