Employers submit the work they need completed. 2ndWorker reviews the request and assigns an eligible Freelancer, who accepts the assignment and completes the work under Admin oversight.
Is it free to sign up?
Access currently begins with an invitation. Any applicable service or work terms are presented through the account before they take effect.
How do payments work?
Payment activity is handled through the account workflow. An Employer can report an external payment, and only an authorized Admin can confirm receipt.
Can I choose my own freelancer?
No. 2ndWorker reviews the work and manages the assignment so the appropriate approved Freelancer can be selected.
What kinds of work can I post?
Submit a clear description of the work through your Employer account. The Admin team reviews each request and confirms whether it can be supported.
